Q. Will restarting my computer fix any issues that I am having?

A. Restarting your computer often fixes many computer issues that people are having. Please attempt restarting before contacting us, as it may save you  money.

Q. I have not installed any updates on my computer recently, could this be causing problems?

A. Yes. Many of these updates are critical. Please ensure you have installed all updates before contacting us, as it can also save you money. If you need assistance with updates, we are certainly glad to help.

Q. My computer is acting funny...do I have a virus?

A. Possibly, but it can be a number of other things. Our technicians can usually find the issue within a short time.

Q. Can I just bring you my computer?

A. It depends on the issue you are having. If the issue may be with your home network or your Internet connection, we will need to be at the location. Most other cases you can certainly bring your computer to us.

Q. Do you sell computers?

A. No, but we can certainly help you find a computer that fits your budget and computing needs. We can also build a custom computer for you, but we are not a computer store.

Q. My home computer is my own personal computer, but I have some business data on it...can I still use the Home Computer Repair Service?

A. Computers which contain business data will be considered a business computer.
